With a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and a Graduate Diploma of Building Surveying, Brad has built a reputation for his thorough approach, attention to detail, and commitment to client service. His hands-on experience across residential, commercial, and consulting projects ensures every permit and inspection meets the highest standards of compliance and quality. Under Brad’s leadership, XPermit continues to uphold a professional, client-focused approach to building surveying across Victoria.

Eric Hirschfeld

Director

Eric has over 45 years Building Surveying experience in both private practice and local government. Eric has expertise in commercial projects and large scale domestic development. He has also completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Performance-Based Building & Fire Codes.
